What can I expect in the first therapy session?

Your first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, talk through any questions you have, and begin to build a safe, collaborative space. There's no pressure to share everything right away; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. If you're in Alabama, you can choose either option. If you're located in Florida, I offer virtual therapy as a registered telehealth provider. Online sessions are secure, confidential, and designed to give you flexibility and comfort—no commute required.

What issues do you specialize in?

I work with a range of emotional and relational concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. I see individuals and couples. My approach is culturally responsive and trauma-informed. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just want a space to grow, therapy is tailored to meet your unique needs.
